Edme appoints new MD
Edme, the bakery ingredients producer, has announced that Peter Tichbon, a former director of Allied Bakeries, has joined the group as its new managing director. Tichbon replaces David Amos, who stepped down earlier this year to take a job with Zeelandia, and joins the Edme on 25 September.
