Bulk ingredients supplier Tate & Lyle has collaborated with Sweet Green Fields to deliver innovative stevia ingredients and solutions to customers worldwide.
The partnership, which will begin on the 3 April 2017, will provide customers with access to Sweet Green Fields’ line of steviol glycosides.
The range of stevia-based sweeteners will be supported by Tate & Lyle’s global network of application laboratories and scientists, to help customers accelerate product development and speed to market.
Joan Barca, president of speciality food ingredients at Tate & Lyle, said this was an exciting new partnership bringing together a collective passion for food, science and sweeteners.
