There's Sourdough and there's sourdough though isn't there? Some, if not most of the supermarket one's are pale imposters compared to the likes of the brilliant Hambleton Hall Bakery (which itself has recently expanded to meet demand)
Always highly suspicious of multiples trying to copy Artisan, as by definition, they never can.....
