Bells Food Group has received an award from The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents in recognition of its practices in making the business a safe place to work.
Bells achieved a gold in the industry awards, which recognise achievement in health & safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
They will be presented with the award during a ceremony in Glasgow on Thursday 12 September.
“It is an honour to achieve the top award in recognition of our commitment and dedication to health & safety. Achieving gold is a reflection of our strong safety culture, robust working practices and our drive for continuous improvement,” said Ronnie Miles, managing director at Bells Food Group.
“Chris Brannan, our health & safety officer (pictured above), deserves special recognition for his unrelenting hard work and commitment to making Bells Food Group a safe place to work.”
