Loughborough based bakery, Geary’s bakery has joined the Federation of Bakers as their 10th full member.
The bakery will join current members of the federation, such as Nicholas and Harris, Allied Bakeries, Delifrance, Warburton’s, and WD Irwin & Sons.
Managaing director, Jason Geary said: “Thanks to our dedicated new product development team, we are proud to deliver award winning and innovative bakery products to multiple retailers in the UK. We have previously won more than 4,000 awards, including more national championships than any other craft bakery in the UK. We look forward to continuing this success with the guidance and support of such an influential organisation as the Federation of Bakers.”
Geary’s is an independent craft bakery, which supplies bakery products to multiple retailers and sandwich manufacturers.
Gordon Polson, Director of the Federation of Bakers, added: “We are delighted to welcome Geary’s Bakery on board. They have seen great success over the last few years, and we look forward to helping them go from strength to strength and assisting their growth across the UK market.” Geary’s membership is a further demonstration of the wide ranging membership of the Federation of Bakers.
