The company said that the value of the gross assets being acquired was approximately £5m, and the profit attributable to the assets in 2014 was approximately £1m.
SSP said in a statement: “The acquisition of these outlets will further strengthen SSP’s presence in travel locations in Germany.”
The company operates restaurants, bars, cafés, food courts, lounges and convenience stores in airports, train stations, motorway service stations and other leisure locations.
Its portfolio includes Upper Crust, Starbucks, Caffè Ritazza, M&S Simply Food and Millie’s Cookies.
