Classic Cupcake of the Year will enable bakers to submit their best classic recipe cupcakes - either vanilla, chocolate or fruit-based. They can be any size, shape or weight, but it must not be eligible for any of the other categories (e.g. can not be a savoury or use alcohol etc). However don’t delay, entries need to be in by 18 May.
