The deadline is looming for entry into the competitions to be held at the Alliance for Bakery Students and Trainees’ (ABST) Annual Conference, on 12 June. The conference takes place at the Alton Towers Hotel, Alton Towers, from 11-13 June.
Several new competitions are on the schedule this year, including one in partnership with food and drink sector skills council Improve, aimed at trainees working in the industry.
