Pickford has 20 years’ experience of selling capital equipment to the food industry across Europe.

Baker Perkins supplies machinery and systems for producing soft and hard biscuits, cookies and crackers.

Louise Codling

National Skills Academy for Food and Drink Manufacturing

Louise Codling has been appointed as the person responsible for the bakery and fresh produce sectors at the National Skills Academy for Food and Drink Manufacturing. Codling, formerly a regional development manager for the National Skills Academy, will focus on providing support for both employers and training providers in those two food sectors.

Jaspal Chada

Premier Foods

Hovis and Mr Kipling manufacturer Premier Foods has appointed Jaspal Chada to the newly created role of international director grocery. Chada is returning to the company, where he previously worked as general manager of the spreads, beverages and desserts business.

Chada joins Premier after a six-year stint at Burton Foods, where he was marketing director.
