Bako Northern & Scotland

Heather Hutchison is Bako Northern & Scotland’s new business development manager for Scotland, working alongside Ian Dawson and covering the ’central belt’ area of Scotland.

Hutchison’s remit is to work with the firm’s Scottish customer base to "develop refreshing new ideas with the objective of increasing profitability through a closer business alliance".

Richard Joughin

ADM Trading (UK)

Richard Joughin has been appointed to head up the team of experts at ADM Trading (UK)’s Purfleet test bakery.

Joughin is an experienced craft baker, recipe developer and food technologist. His role will enable ADM to further enhance its formulation development expertise.

The team uses a combination of analytical and true-to-life bakery testing to streamline costs and time for ADM’s UK customers.

Richard Larcombe

European Process Plant

Richard Larcombe has joined the sales team at equipment supplier European Process Plant, as area sales manager.

He will be responsible for looking after customers and developing business in the east of England. Larcombe has 12 years’ sales experience, much of which was gained in the food industry. He joins EPP from Braby.

Cathy Clelland

Replacing Patrick Farnsworth as chairman of deliciouslyorkshire is Cathy Clelland, who was appointed following an extensive search across the region. She will be responsible for guiding the organisation through the next phase of development, with a focus on commercial activity.

Clelland previously worked as financial and commercial director at Leeds Bradford International Airport and finance director for programme production at Yorkshire TV.
