UK manufacturer of pies, pasties and sausage rolls Peter’s Food Service has appointed Neil Court-Johnston to the new post of managing director of its foodservice division. Court-Johnston was previously MD of Holland’s Pies. Among other firms, Court-Johnston has worked with Nestlé UK and Northern Foods, the parent company of Holland’s Pies.

Bakery ingredients supplier CSM United Kingdom has strengthened its sales force with three new appointments across the UK. Russell Cradduck (above) joins the company as sales manager for key accounts. He has proven success in developing new business initiatives, said the firm.

Joe Battles (above centre) joins CSM as business development manager for Scotland, with responsibility for "invigorating bakery sales and helping bakers to build their business".

Patrick Ball (above right) is appointed business development manager for Ireland, providing the link to technical support for CSM’s products and developing business for the company’s customers.

Matt Milborrow

European Process Plant

Baking equipment supplier European Process Plant (EPP) has appointed Matt Milborrow as the company’s first dedicated project manager. EPP said the appointment followed a series of contract wins. Wilborrow has worked in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia and has experience of managing projects from design conception and planning through to completion, a role he will continue to fill at EPP.
