Bakeries Delice de France and Coup de Pates have unveiled an autumn/winter catalogue with almost 50 new lines for bakers. 

The Aryzta-owned companies have included more than 680 bread, patisserie, Viennoiserie, sweet bakery, semi-prepared and savoury products in the catalogue.

The entry level Essential and quality Prestige ranges are split into three sections entitled ‘good, better and best’ while the Coup de Pates collection features more strongly than ever.

New products include a praline and caramel brownie slice, which has a crunchy biscuit base layered with caramel and praline topping and finished with hazelnut chunks; and savoury muffins in mature Cheddar cheese & smoked ham and mature Cheddar cheese & spring onion flavours.
