Exhibitor spaces at this year’s Bakers’ Fair in Bolton are filling up fast, with several companies taking stands at the one-day show for the first time.

Among the newcomers is Polish bakery equipment supplier Masz, which plans to launch its range of slicers, mixers, moulders and ovens in the UK at the fair on Sunday 3 October.

InnoSeal will have a stand showcasing its plastic bag closure systems, while Kraft Foods will highlight its Kenco FreshSeal coffees. Other confirmed exhibitors include Jiffy, which will demonstrate its sandwich vans and mobile catering units.

Last year’s event in Manchester saw over 350 visitors attend, 70% of whom were buyers. As well as a varied range of exhibitors, this year’s show will also feature an area called The Forum, sponsored by Dawn Foods, for talks and presentations, and The Richemont Club of Great Britain’s Annual Competition.

Bakers’ Fair is sponsored by Norbake Bakery & Catering Equipment and is free to visit.
