British Baker will be holding its 20th annual Baking Industry Awards on September 17, celebrating outstanding talent in the baking industry.
The 11 award categories include three new categories in 2007 (see pg 16). These are the Food-to-go Innovation Award, sponsored by Christian Salveson, Patissier of the Year 2007, sponsored by Puratos and the Skills Achievement Award, sponsored by Rich Products. And we welcome Delifrance as the new sponsor for the In-Store Bakery of the Year 2007 award.
