The Irish Association of Master Bakers biennial conference takes place at the Culloden Hotel, Hollywood, near Belfast, on 8-9 October. Attendees will include prominent bakers in Ireland North and South, comprising both plant and craft.
As well as the business conference, golf and other events have been arranged, including a drinks reception and a banquet.
Patrick Smyth of ABF’s Yeast Products will hand over the presidential reins to Niall Irwin of Irwin’s plant bakery, Portadown.
