Brennans sees positive trend

Brennans Bakeries in Dublin saw turnover rise 7% to €54.1 million (£37.69m) in 2006, with operating profits up by 28% to €5.41m (£3.77m). An €80,000 interest payment boosted pre-tax profits to €5.49m.
