Its new Baked Doughnut Concentrate porduct is 50% lower in fat, having been baked not fried. It is freeze/thaw stable and retains its short, soft-eating qualities once defrosted.

As an alternative to jam, Bakels recommends its Ready To Use Confectionery fillings.
