CSM (UK) has added a White Fudge Brownie Mix to its Craigmillar American range of cake mixes. The mix only needs the addition of water and oil and can be used to create ’white brownies’ or variations such as pecan, or orange marmalade.
The bakery ingredient and product supplier also suggests bakers could marble or pipe the mix through its Chocolate Brownie mix, to make a more interesting looking slice. The mix is available in 12.5kg sacks.
The firm has also launched a new and improved Craigmillar Choux Pastry Mix, which only requires water. The new mix is available in a 10kg sack, replacing the previous box.
