Attendees of next month’s Bakers’ and Butchers’ Spring Fair will have the chance to ask retail entrepreneurs their burning business questions as part of a live masterclass.

On Sunday 7 April at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern, Worcestershire, representatives from the baking and butchery industries will be answering questions on the Bakers’ and Butchers’ Fair stage as part of an interactive business discussion, which will be presented by special guest Christine Hamilton.

Martyn Leek, editor of British Baker, said: “Whether you are an established company wanting specific advice or looking to take the first steps in launching your own bakery business, this interactive masterclass will aim to help achieve that.”

Other stage presentations taking place on the day include practical demonstrations led by Sandra Monger, Celebration Cake Maker of the Year 2012, and Dawn Foods.
