Pies, sandwiches and cakes make up a big part of The Co-operative’s new product range, Taste the Seasons, which will be updated throughout the year.

The range hopes to meet the growing demand for seasonal foods, making use of British seasonal produce and reflecting the mood and foods of each season. The winter range includes: deep-fill steak & stilton pie; chicken & gravy shortcrust pastry pie; steak & shortcrust pastry pie; deep-fill roast chicken puff pastry pie; and deep-fill steak puff pastry pie.

The line also features a pork stuffing & apple sandwich and a rhubarb and custard cake.
