Country Range has launched 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified roast and ground filter coffee. The firm described the coffee as sweet, but well-balanced with toasted almond notes.

The coffee comes from sustainably managed farms in Brazil, where the beans are selected for their body and flavour.

"The breakfast occasion is growing in foodservice and, according to Mintel, ethical products and ingredients with a detailed and recognisable provenance are being used more and more to bolster the perception of quality in breakfast menus," said Martin Ward, brand manager, Country Range.

Each 60g sachet makes around 10 cups of coffee.
