Danish juice and coffee bar operator Joe & the Juice is targeting central London sites with plans to open 10 to 15 more overall in 2015.
The company will target shopping centres and the north east, according to British Baker’s sister title M&C Report.
Another three to five central London sites will open in 2015 focusing on the West End and the City. Previously announced plans included opening up to 250 stores internationally over the next three years, joining existing sites in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Germany.
Kaspar Basse, founder, said: “We will strengthen our positions in Norway, Sweden and in and around London over the coming three years, Also, we will enter one or two more markets in Europe and we are planning our immediate entrance into the US as a major step mid-2015.
“We try to offer a stronger combination of health and entertainment than what is typical. These mega-trends are so strong that most parts of the world will be looking for it. If we execute according to our ambitions we really believe our fit is for everyone.”
Joe & the Juice has five London sites and one in Solihull, Locations across the country, including airports, transport hubs, shopping centres and the high street, are being considered.
