Delice de France has launched a new Hot Eat panini sandwich range. The firm’s British Breakfast Muffin includes a free-range boiled egg, tomato chutney, Cumberland sausage and smoked crinkle-cut bacon. The muffin is individually wrapped in ovenable film, ensuring customers can bake multiple flavours in the oven, without the risk of cross-contamination.

Classic Italian Ciabattas have been given a new twist, with new spicy meatballs and cheese and sweet chilli chicken varieties, while its Smoked Ham and Cheese Bloomer can be defrosted in 24 hours for ease of storage and service.

MD Ian Toal said: "Whether served contact-grilled or heated in the oven as a grab-and-go option, we are confident the new range will meet different catering needs and drive sales."
