French-trained chef Loretta Liu has announced plans to open her first Café On outlet in London, following the launch of her patisserie brand this autumn.
Café On currently sells its products at food markets across the city, as well as directly to high-end specialist retailers.
Products include macaroons, croquembouche, eclairs and sables. The range is inspired by traditional French patisserie, but has an Asian twist.
Liu commented: “The Café On brand will be hitting the high street in its own right in early 2011 with its own brasserie/patisserie in London.”
