Dessert manufacturer Aulds was promoting a range of new gluten-free products at IFE.

The new lines include a Luscious Lemon Cheesecake; White Chocolate & Raspberry Brownie; and Raspberry & Strawberry flavour cheesecake.

"We are extremely excited about the launch of our new gluten-free desserts," said marketing manager Paul Stewart. "This is a growing market and these products not only satisfy gluten-free customers’ need for great-tasting foodservice desserts, but crucially taste so good that you really won’t be able to tell the difference."

Other new products included a Gin & Lime Cheesecake; After Late Chocolate Mint Cake; red velvet, and banoffee & vanilla cupcakes; a Festive Cheesecake; Irish Cream Cheesecake; and four ’Rippler’ Cheesecakes in blackcurrant, mango, lemon and lime, and raspberry varieties.

The White Chocolate & Raspberry Brownie and Rippler Cheesecakes are pre-portioned and come 25 to a case,while the other cheesecakes are supplied cut into 14 pre-portioned slices.
