Irwin’s Bakery has scooped two gold awards at the Irish Food Awards 2014.
The Northern Irish bakery won gold for its Irish Barm (Yeast) Brack Gold product, and its Rankin Selection soda and potato farls.
The plant bakery has also recently won at the Irish Quality Food Awards for its Lidl own-label Cinnamon and Raisin Soda Bread, as well as Tiptree World Bread Awards for the bakery’s batch bread and Irish whiskey fruit loaf.
