Tech spec: the Soft Star Plus module at the head of the line is a high-capacity dough dividing and round-moulding machine, designed especially for larger craft and industrial bakeries, with a capacity of up to 24,000 pieces per hour
Problems solved: eliminates the production of bottle-necking created by the old equipment
