Yeast supplier Lesaffre has acquired Worcester-based rival Fermex International.
The global yeast and bakery ingredients supplier has ensured present Fermex employees will remain with the Group to strengthen the business’ UK and Ireland presence.
Lesaffre’s products will continue to be supplied through BFP Wholesale and appointed wholesalers or by direct delivery where appropriate.
