One budding cake maker to watch is Eleanor Stuart of Ellie’s Cakes. While she did not exhibit at the recent Cake Britain exhibition herself, Stuart handed out some frankly bonkers cakes in the form of snails, monsters, plants, burgers and cupcake noodles.
