New Zealand-based manufacturer ECS Engineering, has launched a range of high-speed Chorleywood Bread Process (CBP) mixers in the UK market.
The firm makes mechanical dough developers with dry weight capacities of up to 225kg. Its standard range comprises four models, from the ECS 35 which can produce 70kg of dough, to the ECS 225, which can produce 380kg. Certain design elements, such as the mixing bowl, have been developed, in consultation with specialist stainless steel manufacturers, to minimise the risk of cracking, said ECS.
The software provides storage for 100 recipes and production scheduling for 100 steps.
