Lancashire-based pie and pastries producer Holland’s Pies has invested in a series of TV adverts to launch on 2 February.

The adverts will show Holland’s Pies fulfilling its complementary roles of ‘butcher, baker and proper pie-maker’. The ads will depict people of all ages enjoying Holland’s pies.

For example, one ad follows a young man in a gorilla suit as he is seen picking up a pack of pies in his local store after a charity run, while another shows a father and daughter on their way home from a local football match with a two-pack of pies to cook at home, while a third depicts a young boy who waits patiently at the dinner table while his mother cooks him a Holland’s pie and mash for his tea.

The ads aim to put across the convenience of the Holland’s range, as well as the variety of flavours, pack sizes and easy methods of cooking whether by oven or microwave.

Holland’s produces pies, puddings and pastries for several local chip shops in the north west, as well as supermarkets and football stadia across the UK.
