A range of Pieminister pies can now be found in 38 Tesco stores in the south of England, following a deal with the retailer.
The stores have been “carefully chosen”, in order to reflect the pie firm’s reputation as a premium pie company, and cover key locations across the West Country and Home Counties, as well as Hammersmith and Kensington in Central London.
Three of its pies will be available from these stores: moo pie – featuring beef steak and ale; the free-range pie, containing chicken, ham hock, leeks and cheddar; and the heidi pie, which is made with goat’s cheese, sweet potato, spinach and red onion.
Earlier this month Pieminister revealed an increase in underlying profit of almost 40% in its annual accounts, filed at Companies House.
