Samantha Cameron has been showing off her skills in baking to raise money ahead of Red Nose Day (15 March).
The wife of the Prime Minister revealed on Tuesday (5 March) that she donned a red wig and baked some cakes with her children at her home in Downing Street to raise funds for national charity Comic Relief.
Samantha said: “Baking is such a brilliant and easy way to raise money for Red Nose Day. I know the children are really looking forward to selling our cakes around the offices in Downing Street. I hope lots of people all over the country are also baking, or finding other fun ways to support Comic Relief.”
The money raised on Red Nose Day is spent by Comic Relief to help people in need in both Africa and the UK.
