Pret A Manger, the Bridgepoint-backed chain, has reorganised its senior management, according to reports, following the departure of former managing director Andrew Walker.
According to M&C Report, a sister title of British Baker, Jo Brett has been promoted to become director of shops responsible for Pret’s day-to-day operations. Caroline Cromar, Pret’s director of food, widens her responsibilities to include commercial operations.
James Cannell has been promoted to creative director, and Mark Palmer will join the group as marketing director on 1 January.
