Taking place on Sunday 10 April, at Newbury Racecourse, the show will feature exhibitors from machinery to ingredients and finished goods.
Professional bakers will be battling it out in The National Association of Master Bakers’ Bakery Compe-titions, with celebrity Linda Lusardi awarding the prizes.
The Stage will play host to a series of talks and demonstrations, including a ‘Taste and texture’ talk from Baking Industry Awards Confectioner of the Year Mark Legg, of Dunns (Crouch End).
Sara Reid, marketing manager, Rank Hovis will speak on ‘How to add sales and value to craft bakery businesses’, while BIA Celebration Cake Maker of the Year Amelia Nutting, will give a sugarcraft masterclass.
