To celebrate refurbishments, the first customers to buy the Grimsby Telegraph tomorrow will get a free baton of bread.

The bread, freshly-baked instore, will be given away with the paper on Friday 11 February, but only to the first 300 customers to pick up the local paper.

Grimsby’s Sainsbury’s in Corporation Road has recently undergone improvements to the store entrance and shop-floor layout, and bosses have introduced an extended range of groceries to the shelves.

Manager Mark Tomkinson said: "We hope that the customers like the improvements we have made and that they make their shopping experience with us more enjoyable."
