Craft bakers from across the UK came out in force yesterday for a demonstration in London to oppose  the 20% tax on hot food such as pies and pasties. British Baker talked to individuals from the industry about the importance of the day, why the tax should not go ahead and what they would want to say to Chancellor George Osborne if they had the opportunity.
