French bakery PV France is moving to Wales after out-growing its Merseyside factory in Kirby.
The firm, whose customers include Ryanair, Café Rouge, and sandwich chain Philpotts Group UK, will spend £1.2m to lease and refit a 25,000sq ft factory at Llangefni on Anglesey, where it will increase capacity and invest in new product ranges.
PV France produces French bread and patisserie using only French ingredients and French master bakers. It supplies par-baked, freeze-dried and fresh products daily within a 30-mile radius, while its frozen par-baked products are distributed by catering groups and food suppliers.
