Australian coffee shop Kaffeine is to open a second site in central London.

The business has been operating out of one shop near Oxford Circus, but has now negotiated a lease for a second 1,100sq ft site.

The shop creates food on-site, and sells breads, cakes, muffins, tarts and salads.

The company updated its website and said: “We believe it is a cracker of a site: south-facing, with a five metre-wide frontage with wide pavements, on a one-way street with not much traffic that runs parallel to Oxford Street.

“Whilst negotiating the lease, we have also been working on the design, planning, staffing, council applications, menu development, suppliers etc and we are looking for an opening towards the end of February.”
