A London-based crêperie chain is set to open three new UK sites in the next four months.
As revealed by British Baker’s sister publication M&C Report, Crêpeaffaire patisserie business will be launching two franchise outlets, one in St David’s Shopping Centre in Cardiff before Christmas, and a second in the Centre Court complex in Wimbledon, south-west London, in early 2013.
A third café, which will be company-owned, is due to open at the Trinity Leeds shopping and leisure development next March.
Crêpeaffaire is also targeting international locations as part of its expansion plans, including Hamburg in Germany and The Netherlands, as part of a new joint venture.
The business, founded by Daniel Spinath, currently operates five sites in the capital, as well as a mobile outlet.
