London bakery Lily Vanilli has come up with an Easter bakery hybrid that is taking social media by storm.
The new hot cross bun/Battenberg cake hybrids will be available this weekend at East London’s Lily Vanilli bakery, where they will be given out on a first-come first-served bakery.
They are the brainchild of celebrity chef Anna Olson, from Food Network’s Bake with Anna Olsen, and comprise an almond, cinnamon, apricot and marzipan icing atop a pink and yellow hot cross bun.
