London-based Belgian waffle group Wafflemeister is on the hunt for 10 to 15 more UK sites over the next year.
The company will open its seventh UK site in Kingston, south-west London, according to British Baker’s sister title M&C Report.
It launched a pop-up in Westfield White City in June, which is set to become a permanent lease. Negotiations to open a unit at Liverpool Street Station are ongoing, with more sites expected shortly.
In addition to its London sites, the group also three sites in the United Arab Emirates, including Abu Dhabi and one in Kuala Lumpur.
The group is being advised on the store expansion by agents Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH).
Charlie Catterall of HDH said: “Wafflemeister trades from several locations in the UK, the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia. This is a rapidly expanding and exciting brand looking for sites with a heavy footfall, including airports, railway stations, high streets and shopping centres.”
