British Baker met with members of trade body Scottish Bakers to talk about the value of apprenticeships to the baking industry.
In this video, shot at the group’s annual conference in Glasgow this month, we spoke to Ronnie Miles, managing director of Bells Food Group (who was appointed Scottish Bakers president at the event) and Scottish Bakers training and quality manager Scott Anderson.
