ADM Milling (Brentwood, Essex) has wheat flour mills located around the UK and a technical centre in Avonmouth, Bristol. From these mills, the company supplies all the bakery and food manufacturing sectors, from multinational manufacturers to in-store bakeries, caterers and craft bakers.
Primary products are a range of white, brown, wholemeal, cake and speciality flours, as well as an extensive range of bakery mixes, ingredients, bran and bakers’ sundries. ADM has recently made a major investment in new delivery vehicles, adding to its existing fleet. It can offer a delivery service ranging from bulk tankers several times a day down to bags stacked in the right place in the bakery.
