Pan’Artisan, the award-winning supplier of dough-based products, will be focusing on its handcrafted Focaccia Romana at this year’s Lunch! exhibition.
The company, based in Midhurst, which supplies speciality breads, dough balls and pizza bases to the foodservice and food-to-go markets, described Lunch! as the only dedicated exhibition for the food-to-go sector. The expo expects to attract more than 6,000 buyers and 350 exhibitors.
Pan’Artisan, which has invested in a dedicated sales force this year, says the move has proved “a real game-changer” for the company, enabling it to quadruple its sales efforts going forward. As such, the opportunity to engage face-to-face with target audiences is very important.
Lunch! takes place at the Business Design Centre in London from 21-22 September. The event has also revealed a line-up of speakers including: Sara Bruce Goodwin, VP research and development, quality and regulatory at Starbucks Coffee Company; John Kerslake, operations director, Costa Coffee; Emma Read, director of marketing and business development at research firm Horizons; and and an exclusive interview with Luke Johnson, part-owner and chairman of Patisserie Valerie.
Last year, Pan’Artisan hosted a workshop with the Craft Guild of Chefs.
