Brook Food & Bakery Equipment has partnered with Cambro Manufacturing in a deal which will see the Somerset-based firm become the main UK distributor for Cambro’s bakery products.
The partnership is through Cambro’s UK distribution network partner Foodservice Equipment Marketing Ltd (FEM).
Cambro manufactures a selection of products for foodservice businesses, including food safe plastic products. Its bakery range include ultra-lightweight EPP (expanded polypropylene) bakery insulated carriers, rust-free anti-microbial shelving, ingredient bins, food storage solutions and more.
As part of the new sundries offer, Brook said customers can expect to see a new sheet pan rack, providing a ‘reliable, long-lasting solution’ for transport and holding needs within a bakery environment. The racks are available in three heights, two caster types, and two rail spacing options for a custom fit, and hold full-size or half size sheet pans or trays. They also come with a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
A new range of 40 x 60 containers will also be available, allowing bakers to carefully and safely store, prove and transport their products. Brook Food describes these containers as highly durable, with reinforced sides ensuring the dough stays fresh.
Brook Food & Bakery Equipment commercial director Ann Wells said the firm was pleased to be working with Cambro.
“The range of products is a great addition to our stock and offering and allows us to serve customers with more choice in their sundry equipment,” she added.
