British Baker is gearing up to reveal the finalists for the Baking Industry Awards 2023.
As with previous years, we’ll be revealing the top three for each category over the course of a week, with the finalists for the first group of categories revealed on Tuesday 29 August.
“The competition is fierce for this year’s awards, with some remarkable and inspiring entries requiring extensive deliberation by judges,” said British Baker editor Amy North.
“After months of nationwide site visits, as well as in-depth interviews and exciting tasting panels, our judges have concluded their selections of the best that the UK baking industry has to offer.”
The winners will be revealed at a glamourous ceremony on Tuesday 7 November at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. The black-tie ceremony will also feature a presentation for the Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry, sponsored by Délifrance.
