The Baking Industry Awards 2021, which took place last week, recognised 14 people, products, and businesses for their hard work, dedication, and innovation.

Hundreds of guests attended the lavish ceremony at the Royal Lancaster, London on Thursday 21 October following months of judging, including taste tests, interviews, and site visits.
