There’s only a few more days to get your entries in for the Baking Industry Awards 2026.
Submissions for the prestigious awards close on Monday 1 June as judging will be getting underway shortly after. This will include interviews, site visits, and tasting.
There are 15 categories to choose from, including the Free-From Bakery Product of the Year, Online Bakery Business of the Year, Bakery Brand of the Year, and Speciality Bread Product of the Year (see full list below). You can also nominate your bakery hero for Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry to help them get the recognition they deserve for their influence on the sector.
Following their sell-out success in 2025 which saw 600 people attend, the Baking Industry Awards have a new date and location this year. The black-tie celebration will now take place on Wednesday 25 November at the newly refurbished London Hilton on Park Lane.
“Entering the Baking Industry Awards aren’t just about recognition – they’re about celebrating the passion, craftsmanship, and innovation that keep the sector thriving,” said British Baker editor Amy North. “If you’re proud of your business, your products, and the work your team undertakes day in and day out, give them a chance to shine by entering before the deadline.”
Previous winners and finalists have benefitted from lucrative press coverage on British Baker as well as national and local media outlets, increased sales, industry-wide recognition, job offers, and a massive morale boost for staff.
