Iced biscuit manufacturer Biscuiteers is launching limited-edition versions of classic biscuits to mark National Biscuit Day on 29 May.
The British Classics Letterbox Biscuits (£25) are an extension of its popular Letterbox Love collection.
The vanilla biscuits are hand-iced in the style of classic British biscuits such as bourbons and custard creams.
It offers a twist on traditional elevenses treats and are designed to help people connect with loved ones they can’t be with, said the company.
Biscuiteers is also marking National Biscuit Day by hosting an ice-along event of its Spring Flowers DIY Kit via its Instagram account. Head icer Lucy will teach icing tips and tricks on the Instagram video app IGTV, allowing consumers to create their own floral biscuit collection at home.
This follows after the success of Biscuiteers’ Ice-olation Challenge, a free weekly series sharing baking and icing skills across the Biscuiteers website, email and social channels.
